Standard items have a typical processing time of 3-5 days. Custom items have a typical processing time of 5-7 days. Processing times will increase with larger orders of custom items and during times of high volume. Please order well in advanced of rodeos, shows, birthdays, holidays, etc. to ensure timely delivery. Processing times are in addition to the transit time of the shipping speed you have selected. Bulk orders of custom or standard items are encouraged to message in advanced to make sure timely delivery is feasible.

Sizing is largely up to personal preference. Barrel reins are intended to be on the shorter side. If you would like a longer rein please size up. Reins can be adjusted shorter with the included conways. Reins are measured end to end WITHOUT hardware. If you need a recommendation feel free to contact Angel's Tack LLC.

Yes, Angel's Tack LLC currently offers the ability to design your own custom paracord barrel reins and wither straps. You can find these in the 'Customs' section.

Following your custom barrel rein or wither strap order, you will need to send an email with your specifications. Please list your chosen cords by color and number along with your desired pattern. For two color classic patterns and two color outline patterns, you will need to specify the most prominent color. Make sure to include your order number. If you do not send your specifications before the processing time of your order is up (5-7 days) your order will be canceled.

Returns on standard items are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Returns are not accepted on custom items. Items must be returned in their original condition. Any item that is found dirty or damaged will not be eligible for a refund. Shipping is non refundable. If there is a problem with your item/order, please contact Angel's Tack LLC before initiating a return.

Yes, larger orders for drill teams, parades, awards, etc. can be placed. Please message in advanced to see if the quantity of your items is available/can be produced in time for your event.
